Inter Milan and Brest have reached an agreement on a deal for striker Martin Satriano.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews. They report that the deal would be worth 6 million plus add-ons, but Satriano himself has yet to commit.

23-year-old Uruguayan international striker Satriano spent last season on loan with Brest in Ligue 1.

The Inter striker scored four goals and made four assists in Ligue 1. He made a total of 33 appearances in the league.

And Brest reached a surprise qualification for the Champions League, finishing third in the table.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Brest remain interested in keeping Satriano.

The newspaper report that this time around, they want to sign him on a permanent basis rather than another loan.

Satriano has in fact been on loan at Brest twice. He had previously spent the second half of the 2021-22 season on loan with the French club.

And during the 2022-23 campaign, Satriano had been out on loan with Empoli in Serie A.

As far as Inter are concerned, they are aiming to sell Satriano this summer. They would like to sell him on a permanent basis rather than loan him out again.

There are a few different possible destinations for the Uruguayan.

The likes of Stuttgart, Real Betis, and Valencia have all registered an interest in the 23-year-old’s signature.
