Juventus castaway Federico Chiesa has reportedly been offered to Barcelona despite recent rumours linking him with a move to Inter Milan.

According to Spanish news outlet Sport, as reported by FCInterNews, the Spanish giants have reignited their interest in the Inter target.

Barcelona tried to lure Federico Chiesa to Camp Nou last summer but to no avail.

Juventus rejected the La Liga side’s approach. Former manager Massimiliano Allegri tried to revive the winger’s career in Turin.

Allegri’s effort came a cropper as new boss Thiago Motta put Chiesa up for sale immediately after taking charge of the Bianconeri.

Inter consider Chiesa a decent market opportunity, but they’d only negotiate his arrival on favourable terms.

Beppe Marotta would ideally sign the 26-year-old on a free transfer next summer.

However, Juventus are going above and beyond to broker Chiesa’s exit this summer.

Juventus reduced their demands, determined to avoid registering a capital loss on the player’s potential departure on a free transfer.

After requesting €25-30 million to sanction Chiesa’s transfer, they’re ready to let him leave for only €10m.

Inter and Manchester United are also in the picture. But Chiesa could end up at Barcelona

The Nerazzurri could concretise their interest in the ex-Fiorentina star late in the summer.

Juventus Offer Chiesa to Barcelona Amid Man Utd & Inter Speculation

Inter would use a player of Chiesa’s quality, but competition for his signature is fierce.

Man Utd are long-term admirers of the Italy international. Erik ten Hag was keen to bring the winger to Old Trafford last summer.

With Antony and Jadon Sancho failing to live up to the billing, the Red Devils are on Chiesa’s trail again.

All that complicates Inter’s hope of snatching a bargain deal for the Juventus misfit.

Barcelona must decide whether they want Chiesa amid their stuttering pursuit of Athletic Bilbao starlet Nico Williams.
