Inter Milan have reportedly offered the services of their unwanted striker Joaquin Correa to Monterrey through intermediaries.
The 30-year-old has become a growing dilemma for the Nerazzurri who are keen to offload him one way or the other before the end of the month.
The Argentine failed to inspire during his first two seasons at Appiano Gentile between 2021 and 2023.
Last season, he spent his campaign on loan at Marseille in the hopes of reigniting his playing career. However, he failed to register a single goal or assist for the Ligue 1 side across all competitions.
Correa has rejoined Simone Inzaghi’s camp this summer and earned substantial playing time in pre-season amidst the absence of the likes of Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram. Nevertheless, he hardly delivered encouraging displays.
Therefore, Inter are still hellbent on parting ways with the former Sampdoria and Lazio forward.
According to football journalist Fernando Esquivel via FcInterNews, intermediaries have offered Correa to Monterrey.
The Rayados is one of the most prominent names in the Mexican top flight.
The same intermediaries have also offered fellow Argentine Lucas Ocampos to the same club.

Monterrey are reportedly evaluating the two players before deciding whether or not to launch talks.
