Inter Milan summer signing Piotr Zielinski can’t wait to introduce himself to the Nerazzurri home crowds at San Siro.

The Poland international is an all-too-familiar face for Serie A fans as he’s been plying his trade in Italian football for more than a decade.

The 30-year-old spent eight years at Napoli before seeing out his contract at the end of the season. He has now joined Inter on a free transfer.

However, the Pole has yet to make his official debut for the Serie A champions. He missed the first match of the season against Genoa due to a muscular injury.

Zielinski was on the bench against Lecce and Atalanta, but remained an unused substitute.

The midfielder is currently on international duty, preparing for Poland’s upcoming clashes against Scotland and Croatia in the UEFA Nations League.

Piotr Zielinski Eager To Make Inter Milan Debut

The new Nerazzurri star will be looking to offer his contributions to his national team before returning to Appiano Gentile and earning his club debut.

Zielinski reveals his excitement about what lies ahead both at club and international levels.

“New challenges await me, both at my new club and with the national team,” said the former Empoli and Udinese man in his interview with The Sport via FcInterNews.

“I can’t wait to play at San Siro and play in the Nations League, where we will face tough opponents. I am happy to enter this new chapter with a new technical partner.”

Zielinski has also changed his personal outfitter, announcing a new agreement with Adidas after ending his endorsement deal with Nike.
