Inter Milan and their fiercest rivals, AC Milan, have landed at the center of an earthshaking ultras scandal that threatens to undermine the famous Italian clubs.

During an interview with Rai3, as reported by FCInterNews, an anonymous Inter fan, a member of the Curva Nord, discussed the fan group’s strength and influence.

Like all other fan groups, the Curva Nord has a defined hierarchy.

There’s a chain of command, with those lower in the ladder answering to the high-ranking members.

It’s like an army.

However, to whom those sitting at the top of the pile are reporting has always been a mystery.

The ongoing police investigation over several Inter fans’ involvement in a mafia business sheds new light on this matter.

Only time will tell whether the most prominent faces in the stands have close ties to mafia syndicates.

But for now, the Milan clubs are shaking.

From Simone Inzaghi and Javier Zanetti to Hakan Calhanoglu, many high-profile club members have received calls to testify.

Their depositions remain hidden from public eyes, yet their significance looms large over the Italian football landscape.

Indeed, the uncertainty is palpable.

Fans and officials alike wonder how deep the alleged ties run. It’s also uncertain what impact this scandal may have on the future of Italian football.

Unnamed Inter Milan Ultras Drops Shocking Comment Amid Massive Scandal

Meanwhile, an unnamed Curva Nord member dropped a bombshell when naming the famous group ‘a dominant structure’ that controls the city.

“The Curva is made up of people. If the people who govern, manage the Curva, have to answer to other people above them, it’s a dominant structure,” he said.

“It is clear that they are then a control body for a lot of situations that develop inside and outside the city.

“We have seen the concerts, the artists, all the characters who can be most influential in the world of the youngest to go up.

“And, therefore, it means having total control over our city, over Milan.”

However, he admits that something has changed after the pandemic.

“After Covid, something has changed, it was clear. He saw himself again in the Curva Boiocchi, then what happened happened. From there, new figures began to pass through and the new characters arrived.

“There was Bellocco who was certainly not one of ours, he arrived later.

“From there, it was clear that there were ties with people who were already inside the Curva and that something was changing.”
