Yann Bisseck says he’s “optimistic” about a Germany call-up, and that Inter Milan can play against Bayern Munich.
The 24-year-old spoke to Amazon Prime, via FCInterNews.
Yann Bisseck has been going from strength to strength as an Inter Milan player.
The German joined the Nerazzurri from Danish side Aarhus in the summer of 2023.
There was a settling-in period for Bisseck. The young defender barely featured in his first few months at Inter.
But since the late autumn of 2023, the German has been a regular starter for Inter.
Bisseck has made a total of fifty appearances for the Nerazzurri across all competitions. The majority of these have been in the starting eleven.

A Germany call-up has thus far eluded Bisseck.
Die Mannschaft boss Julian Nagelsmann has preferred other defenders over the Nerazzurri man.

However, Bisseck said that he is “optimistic” that he will be part of the squad for the upcoming international break.
Meanwhile, Bisseck also gave his thoughts on Inter’s chances in the Champions League against Bayern Munich.
The Nerazzurri will face Bayern in the quarterfinals of the competition next month.
“I played against Bayern once,” he noted. “When I was seventeen.” As a teenager, Bisseck played for Koln in the Bundesliga.
“I can’t wait for every match,” Bisseck aded.
“We still believe that we can go toe-to-toe against anyone,” the German made clear of Inter’s ambitions.
