Napoli have really ratcheted up the pressure on Inter Milan ahead of this evening’s Serie A clash with Bologna.

Today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, highlight how the Partenopei’s win against Monza yesterday has made this evening’s match virtually must-win for Inter.

Napoli took three points away from Monza yesterday.

It was hardly the most convincing performance against the team rock bottom of the Serie A table. But Napoli just about got the job done.

And at this stage of the campaign, three points are just about the only thing that matters.

Inter Milan, meanwhile, have a much tougher match on paper this evening. They take on Champions League hopefuls Bologna.

And for the first time in over a month, Inter go into the match level on points with Napoli.

The last time that that happened was after the Partneopei drew against Venezia just before the international break.

That match came before Inter faced Atalanta in a huge away Serie A match.

Therefore, the stakes are very similar this time around for Inter Milan.

If the Nerazzurri are able to win, they’ll restore a five-point advantage. But any dropped points would be a huge boost for Napoli.
