Parma have firmly rejected any player swap offers from Inter Milan, insisting on a cash-only deal for Giovanni Leoni.
According to FCInterNews, the Crusaders have made it abundantly clear that they only want cash for their sought-after teenager.
Giovanni Leoni has established himself as one of the hottest prospects in European football.
Despite breaking onto the grand stage only last season, the 18-year-old already has plenty of admirers.
Indeed, in addition to Inter, AC Milan, Juventus, and Liverpool have shown interest in his services.
Inter Milan Attempt to Include Counterparts in Giovanni Leoni Deal Rejected by Parma

Parma have slapped a substantial €40 million bid on Leoni’s head.
However, Inter had hoped to include several players as a makeweight to drive the price down.
Kristjan Asllani and Sebastiano Esposito are the players in question.
Yet, their request has fallen on the Crusaders’ deaf ears.
Instead, they’re only interested in taking hard cash for their most prized asset.
That’s the last thing the Nerazzurri would want to hear, especially now that Liverpool have intensified their interest.
Indeed, aware of Inter’s financial constraints, the Reds are keen to accelerate talks with Parma.
why not go for the polish center back at Arsenal instead of this unproven player
According to…my smelly socks. There is a reason they call this “the silly season”. Everyone is pulling info up its ass
lol, well said
As an 18 year old he had ok season, but nothing too spectacular. He’s a talent sure, but not one currently worth any price more than 30 mil. And if board wants a centreback on who we’ll build future look at Joane Gadou(Salzburg), already have more experience than Leoni, cheaper, and played better. Or maybe look at Lucas Høgsberg (Nordsjælland), probably best young cb under 19 years up north (excluding players from english clubs). Considering we’ll make impressive + when we sell Bisseck (brought for around 7mil, should be sold for 35mil+), who was also brought from danish league maybe we should send our scouts there.
i prefer italian CBs, they tend to be loyal and age like fine wine
