Turkish giants Besiktas are reportedly weighing up a winter move for Inter Milan wingback Carlos Augusto.
According to Fanatik via FCInter1908, Besiktas coach Sergen Yalcin is a big-time admirer of the Brazilian star.
Carlos Augusto has proved to be a valuable asset for Inter since joining the club from Monza in the summer of 2024.
Indeed, former manager Simone Inzaghi often relied on his versatility, using him on the wing and at the back.
Furthermore, Augusto has maintained his influence under the new boss, Cristian Chivu.
He has made 20 competitive appearances this season, including 14 in Serie A, netting two goals and adding two assists.

Inter Milan fended off Atletico Madrid’s attempt to lure Augusto to La Liga in the summer.

Lwb- El Karouani is probably the best solution we can find to be a good substitute for Dima, the man is brilliant with his goal contributions.
Cb- I don’t believe we can get any of the 3 highest valued cbs with expiring contract, every one of them will ask for 8 figures salary, or something close to that. If we bring Senesi, that would probably mean that Bastoni will be sold. Sangante or Doekhi would be solid choices as backups for Akanji on right side. And in the centre Van Den Bosch or Helland (big, strong kid from Norway, uprise in football talent there) as backup to whoever we bring on summer to be starter.
Cm- Stankovic and Akinsanmiro will be brought back probably, with Barella and Sucic 100% and possibly one of Hakan/Zielinski we’ll need 1, maybe 2 players there. Anyone of Brandt, Timber or Neves would be a considerable reinforcement in midfield.
If Chivu decides to change formation to play with attacking midfielder or winger Harry Wilson would be a good choice.
As for striker best free solution is Vlahovic, but considering his high wage, that he’s Juve player and that on summer there will be a shift in our attack so no bid will be sent. Thuram will probably be sold, last chance to earn from his sale, his lackluster games with no zeal in play at all, Bonny taking over 2nd spot in starting line and his and Pio’s growth will probably impact that Marotta will find some low-budget cost striker to fill the gap or some younger inexperienced striker to develop.
