Inter Milan head coach Cristian Chivu has named his side for Sunday’s must-win Serie A trip to Como, with Francesco Pio Esposito and Marcus Thuram leading the attack without Lautaro Martinez.
Francesco Acerbi is once again filling in at centre-back in the absence of the injured Yann Bisseck as the Nerazzurri look to consolidate their lead at the top of the table.
Milan’s shock defeat to Udinese at San Siro has left Napoli as Inter’s only credible title rival. Napoli dropped points earlier today to Parma.
Therefore, three points at the Sinigaglia tonight would be a significant step toward the Scudetto.
However, it will not be easy, against a strong Como side on an unbeaten run and aiming for a top-four finish.
Como Vs Inter Milan – Pio Esposito & Thuram Lead The Line With Lautaro Out Again
Lautaro Martinez returned from injury just one week ago, scoring twice in the 5-2 demolition of Roma. However, he is out after suffering another fresh setback.
Therefore, Pio Esposito steps back in alongside Thuram.

Indeed, a partnership that has delivered in the captain’s absence on multiple occasions this season.
Carlos Augusto returns from suspension and takes a place on the bench, giving Chivu an important option to call upon from the dugout.
Como Vs Inter Milan – Acerbi Confirmed Again As Bisseck Absence Continues
Furthermore, Acerbi keeps his starting berth at the heart of the back three, flanked once more by Akanji and Bastoni.
The midfield is entirely unchanged from the Roma performance.

Couldnt watch the game today, but I just watched the highlight, what a game!!!!!!!!!! Forza Inter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
75 points, 75 goals scored, says InterFan75. 😛
i cant believe we score 75 goals in one season
In the last Scudetto season we scored 89 goals, an average of 2.34 goals per game. We have exactly that average this season as well.
The Scudetto is ours, cheers guys.
Como are no joke. They’ll punish you if sit in a low block. Considering they’ll face before the end of the season means Inter might mathematically wins it if Como ensure don’t get points. Dumfries being back is a big boost and Inter know they need to focus on winning the next 3 matches: Cagliari, Torino, Parma, Lazio, Verona, Bologna. Hopefully Napoli suffer what Milan did which was mental breakdown knowing they were so close but now it’s too late
Scudetto is already won. Even if we lose, i highly doubt milan or napoli will go on a winning streak. Was a tough season but glad it’s almost over.
Inter will win the double. The haters: its out…bow down lil fokers.
why comp get penalty. it’s outside box
Cause daniela. Call me crazy
On the line is inside the box. I’m glad tho they didn’t drag the VAR check because it would’ve meant crazy amount of extra time. I can’t remember the last time inter got a penalty tho
on the line yes, but where was the foul?? isn’t that a necessity for a penalty? 😉 bonny was not even in the same direction as paz, he was blocking his shot, technically paz hits Bonny!
Yeah this is exactly what I see too. Bonny only tried to block the shot, there was no intent to take the ball. It was paz’s stretched leg that touch bonny
This win was monumental and Dumfries was man of the match but I will say como completely outplayed us and we won by a defensive error and two set pieces.
I don’t even care if we beat them next game or go to the coppa final or win the coppa: at this point I just want the scudetto and that’s why I was hoping for at least a draw: I don’t expect much from this team and we need massive changes to be competitive in Europe.
Como had more shots on and off target this game as well as 60% possession: if they had better players they would’ve won this game. Nico Paz destroyed us.
We got 7 yellow cards ! In this game.
Let’s win the scudetto and improve the squad and change tactics.
Glad Dumfries is back. His enthusiasm, energy and goal instinct has been vital. I can smell scudetto #21
True bro. Denzel is something else. But we gotta talk to him. That release clause plus comments of his agent and the injury prone…we gotta talk
That Thuram goal in the first half was so crucial. He my MOTM.
Same as last match for Hakan
Agree that Thuram was one of the best. but second to Dumfries today, who was everywhere on the pitch, scoring and defending.
thay was not a penalty on bonny. congratulation brothers 🙂
Big win brother. Hard fought…but..champion mark. Sleep tight my brothers. We’re almost there
well done inter! from 2-0 down to 4-2! That penalty was a disgrace to football! that was not even a foul forget a penalty. from 4-0 first leg to 4-3, well done como, only feel bad that merdentus have now moved into UCL slots.
Well yeah, but…daniela
I said, if we have to lose then Como will be fourth. Would be awesome to see Juventus out of CL.
I will take take Juve anyway let them suffer by playing twice same as us
Yes, in Europa League. 🙂
Who Took the highest jump when whistle was blewn….Dumfries! He´s a dedicated interplayer,
Hope he stays.
Terrible first half but what a second half. Whatever chivu did thank you. Some players were off but that’s fine. dimarco has had a great season. We will win scudetto now and hopefully win coppa. Hoping we can change tactics and players for next season so we can be even stronger cus it’s been nerve racking this year. Also Niko… 12 year olds shouldn’t be drinking lay off the beer bud.
I will find you fokface. 13 next week
there is something wrong with u lmao
Something wrong with an ultra? Watch youself
6 feet under foker. Watch your mouth.

Dont give me all love and blah blah. You dont shit on my team and walk next month fkr. Come to milano
wah wah wah wah keep crying
Ok. But i warned you. Come to milano. Bring lube
Next time use a vpn
Yap yap yap u can’t find IP’s on an internet forum. It’s an email based account. Ur not tough. It’s sad that u resort to this language against a fellow fan. seek therapy
Dimarco had chances to create something but in this match he consistently failed and seemed scared.
Yeah wasn’t his game but i’ll give him a break. he has carried us this season.
Big win. Joke: Inter deserve Scudetto because scored 8 goals against the best defence. 😀
lol We have scored 30% of the goals they have conceded.
30.77% exactly. 😛
Nice. With only 6 games to play and a 9-points advantage, we have so much space even if we make a mistake or two. Napoli and Milan helped us a lot this weekend.
9+ precious points. What a match. What I like the most is the energy for Chivu
FOK YEAH…GOING FOR THE DOUBLE
CRY DAVIDE. CRY HATERS
FORZA INTER
Explain how was that a penalty against inter. It should HAVE never been a penalty!
Ref was tripping
YES!!
2 more minutes. Chivu should make a subsitute to waste time
Watch the game rube…miki came last you fake lol bish OF cunt
And whenever you’re readt nima. Fokin look at that idiot. Ban him already. Or forget about subs. We are not here to be ragebaited by some fakers. Do your part and provide us with a inter space. Or close the shop.
You the one deserve a ban. Not only you are agressive toward me but also toward other users. Yes ban me and ban hm too but first look at his attack at other fans here too,.
It is a reminder. Not an attack.
Didn’t you say that Como will trash us tonight 4-0???? Just tonight you said it.
Didn’t you say multiple times we will be fighting for relegation this season??????
No I didn;t say that! You are wrong, I said someone had said that Como will trash inter 0-4 and I said if inter will play bad will sure lose. Go read my comments. No one denies that inter did bad first half but way better second half. and yes I did say inter will be fighting relegation zone back in August but everyone also said Chivu will be gone by December. However, Chivu proved everyone was wrong. It is not like I know the future!
No one likes you here. Leave girl
I’m not sure what Niko means here, but I agree with his sentiment. You are a troll, a hater, and most all of what you say is anti-inter. Don’t try to turn around and celebrate now. Real fans support the team through tough times and get to celebrate victory. You try to tear the club down every chance you get.
While i don’t agree with Davide a lot because he will be a little dramatic at times… you are much worse. You don’t deserve to be on a forum threatening fans that support the same team as you. It is childish and you focus too much on other people rather than the team and i think you only go on this forum looking for fights. Talk about the team and not others and if you have disagreements do it respectfully.
