There was analyse about this on Cds not so long ago. They argued that he’s man marked against smaller teams thus his contribution suffers, while bigger teams don’t man mark him so it’s easier for him in those games. If he had another player with technique and vision in midfield it would be easier for him. Now teams just need to mark him off the game and we can’t do shit.
