But why?
To get the leader in midfield we so badly need. Gagliardini is playing his 1.season in Serie A, Mario too and Kondogbia … well non of them are leaders that´s for sure. Plus look what Juve did with Pirlo – they got an “old” quality player in to provide the team with a lot of experience and besides being a great player Pirlo is also a born leader!
We need more leaders in the team/squad to bring the best out in everyone!

Slow player for a slow midfield? Oh boy.
I like De Rossi as a player. He always gives his everything and can lead the whole teams game in his own way. Depending on his wages, he might be a good fit for us.
Although as for a pure defensive midfielder I would prefer Grzegorz Krychowiak, whom has not gotten enough playtime at PSG but has shown his qualities already before. He would be a good player for 4-3-3 and would free J.Mario and Gagliardini to play in front of him.
But surely we must first bring defenders to the team and then reinforce other positions.
There has also been a lot of talk about getting a vice Icardi to our team. I wonder why we have not been linked with Lazios Keita Balde, whose contract is running out at summer 2018 and could come at a fairly cheap price. If we could get him, he could also play on the left wing in case of injury for Perisic.

With this squad we would surely finish top4 next season.
I also wish that we would pay Schicks buyout clause and leave him with Sampdoria for one more season.

Inter definitely needs some experienced fighters to take the lead in these matches where the team completely implodes and turn it around.
Just not sure De Rossi can replicate his stature from Roma to the Inter dressing room – and depends on the cost.

He would come free of charge as in transfer fee but I wonder what kind of wages would he demand to join us.
At least 5 mil per year if we believe the news from Italy. Not cheap and might be even more as it’s reported Roma are offering him five also. And some reports say it would 2+1 years. Hopefully this would be like Pirlo and not another Vidic.
With that kind of salary I would pass on him. His playstyle is quite aggressive and demanding and he might have injury problems also coming his way.
And he’s 34 years next july. I think Pirlo was 32 when Juve got him. I’m not the biggest fan of this happening also.
yup, that’s the cost I would be worried about – he’s one of the highest earners in Serie A
