Corriere dello Sport report that Sunday’s game with Udinese will be a farewell game for a number of Inter players. Rodrigo Palacio and Juan Pablo Carrizo, both of whom’s contracts are expiring will call time on their Inter careers, while loanee Trent Sainsbury will also say goodbye to the Nerazzurri faithful. It is also likely to be the last game at the San Siro, in Inter colours at least for Marcelo Brozovic, Jeison Murillo, Gabigol, Yuto Nagatomo, Ever Banega, Ivan Perisic, Eder, Davide Santon and Jonathan Biabiany.

ANTE ĆORIĆ didn’t have great season 2016/17. he is leaving dinamo zagreb, most likely for stutgart, newly promoted club to the 1st league. costs 10 mill. he is 20 y.o. and talented for sure, must correct defensive role etc…but he has vision and technique. with right coach he could make big. he is not yet for inter 1st team, but given on loan for one year in italy he can mature ….

Our youngster loan deals never work out, the closest we were to success was Coutinho but then we sold him lol. And there is no chance in hell that Inter can develop him by themselves

Medel is a fine defender to have on the team, preferably not as a starter but definitely as a backup. He plays with intensity and knows how to pass the ball out from the back. D’ambrosio should also stay, he’s a versatile defender who improved this season. He fights for the shirt and is a suitable backup for both fullback positions. Perisic should go if we can leverage him to acquire a much better player, Brozo should be offloaded for 25M, Banega should only be sold as a last resort to balance the books – no reason he shouldn’t thrive in an attack minded 4231. I have mixed feelings on Eder because he’s a good backup for every single forward position – plus he plays hard and is a proven scorer in serie a…I’d also like to see Gabigol stay with the team as a direct backup to whomever starts at right wing.
Medel is done. Ambro is a sub material, one that plays couple of games per season and doesn’t complain.
Medel is a fine defender? I guarantee that when you look at points per game (PPG) with Medel in the lineup and out that the PPG is better with him out of the lineup. He’s got no skill. And Dambrosio ? do you not remember Cuadrado blowing smoke in his face when he blew by him and rifled that goal in the net ? how many times has he done that since joining Inter !!! man it’s a good thing juve has Lichsteiner-Asamoah-Benatia-Rugani as our bench players on defense…..now that’s a bench not like these pieces of Junk !
