You cant compare player value like that, its not like there is some spreadsheet to determine a specific value, it will always come down what two clubs can agree.
But there are 3 specific aspects that lowers Banegas value here.
1. Banega is getting old, at 29 he will have little to no resale value.
2. Banega didnt have a very impressive season.
3. Inter WANTS to sell him, meaning they need to lower their demand.

Already denied by his agent. I would be surprised if he moved outside of Europe, but that depends on the offers of course. Spalletti might even want to keep him.
A shame he didn’t find consistency this season. Had some very good moments but also some very forgettable ones (basically sums up the whole team). Would have liked to see him under Spalletti but getting a 13m profit isn’t bad especially if it allows us to keep Perisic for another season

Well spanish for one, plus Tigres is a rich club, so a huge salary won’t be a problem, They already have Gignac whom is often called to play for France, Edu Vargas, a starter for Chile, Nahuel Guzman, Argentina´s goalkeeper and so on. So he plays with other argentinians, is in a culture similar to his own and will earn a shitload of money. If true it wont be the first time this happens: Morientes, Zamorano, Butragueño, Ronaldinho, Bebeto, etc. Have played in Mexico.
