Inter and Pescara have reached a deal over Andrea Palazzi. FCInterNews.it report that the Inter youngster will join Pescara on a loan deal which will be made permanent should Pescara get promoted back to Serie A for €1.5-2 million. If they fail to get promoted, they will still have the option to redeem the 21 year old defender.
