Yesterday Inter met with Boca Juniors over Gary Medel. The Argentine club are one of four to have shown an interest in taking the Chilean in the past week or so.
Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio headed negotiations and confirmed that Inter were looking for a fee between €6-7 million for the 29 year old Gazzetta dello Sport detail. The La Bombanera outfit are ready to pay that but the players €2 million per season wages are a stumbling block.
CSKA Moscow and Trabzonspor, two of the other interested parties would not face such a problem and could afford the fee on top of his wages. The latter of the two has already seen a bid accepted but Medel is not keen on a move to Turkey or Russia and would prefer a return to Argentina, where he played for two seasons. Mexican outfit Tigres are also courting Medel but as of yet no offer has arrived and it is unclear whether or not he would be open to a switch to the Liga MX.

according to Inter fans 2 years ago, Kondogbia was the next Yaya Toure and Gabigol was a superstar, and inter got rid of Bonucci to get Ranocchia because he was the better defenseman and Nagatomo is soo good inter has kept him for 7 seasons but regardless my point is this: For 90 million I would rather have Higuain over the follwoing players: Kondogbia + Gabi-one-Gol + Ranocchia + Nagatomo
