I have been calling for some patience in regards to the transfer market,but, I have to admit ,one Spalletti’s sentence from yesterday’s press conference sounded pretty hard for this early in the transfer market and left me slightly worried.
When asked about this summer transfer market and his expectations on it,Spalletti answered:
” Promises have been made in regards to the transfer market,and they must be fulfilled now”.
Spalletti is a coach with a lot of personality,he never walks the straight line of the club public relations, he never lets you fall asleep and he likes to keep everybody tensed and ready during all of his press conferences, but this one sounded kind of harsh at this point of the pre-season,.
Many Italian interisti are starting to wonder if he is ,just like Mancini,capable of saying at the end of August, just before the season begins:
” You did not fulfill your promises,you couldn’t buy the type of players I needed to improve the team ,after you told me you would, so I am now justified to leave ,bye bye”.
I don’t believe it is a very realistic scenario,but after that press conference I do wish for some important arrivals to come in soon ,now.

Why do we need another CB after spending 30M on Skriniar? Assuming Miranda is a sure starter, getting another CB means we’ll be benching Skriniar, which doesn’t make any sense.

Thank you Spalletti for being straight up and putting the pressure on Suning, it’s in their hands (or pockets) now. Every mercato is the same, we’re linked with tons of players and many top players but in the we don’t see any of them sign.
Too much talk, it’s time now to back it up with actions… and I aint talking about unproven (yet) guys like Skriniar or veteran Valero. Vidal, Nainggolan, Sanchez, James, Di Maria… they all cost a lot, so better show the money or just stop raising our expactions so high. How do you expect Sanchez to leave the BPL for 7th place Inter, no UCL and a lower salary lol, cmon.

If we waste a big on Skriniar thats what we get, the big joke Man U think we ask too much for Perisic, players price need to be monitored.
Plus all the names mentioned in the article are stars but not superstars, I don’t anyone to get me wrong, I wish we can get all three players because they will make the difference for Inter, but If only one big name is to arrive I think we need superstsr, the kind of player when Inter plays next season media states Ronaldo’s Inter won the match with dominance last night.

Well it’s looking more likely Perisic will go. I believe ManU will raise their offer to 30+Darmian at some point which we should accept. That will solve one of FB issue which is priority #1. Looks like Costa will go to Juve, so he’s out of the picture. No Aurier with Darmian coming in. Maybe we use 20mill from Perisic deal to get Dalbert, would solve other FB issue. So that would leave us with list of names above… DiMaria is most likely to come. Sanchez would be a dream and the best option. Naingolan would be my 2nd on my list of players to get. And I doubt Vidal comes and the price is too high for him, don’t want him for that reason.
If DiMaria comes and we get Dalbert & Darmian and get rid of most of the deadweight that are rumored to go, we still would need a LW/MF/CB and possibly another vice Icardi. Pina possibly is the vice Icardi but idk what coaches plans are… My ideal transfers would be Darmian – Dalbert – Sanchez – Naingolan or Berardi
If Perisic leaves Sanchez would be an awesome player to get in to fill his position. Di María has been linked to us for some time and I hope he comes, and with Roma selling everyone convincing Naingolan to come shouldn’t be that hard either. But I doubt Vidal as a former Juve player will move back to Italy and join a club without CL football

see you’re talking about at least 5 players and theres most likely another CB in the works, thats what i meant too, we cant splash all the cash on 2-3 players. but also take into consideration that junks like murillo, medel, santon, ranocchia, biabiany, tamagochi, brozovic will be on their way out too hopefully, and we need to replace them aswell. as for depth, we can see how far we got with in the past years in Serie A and Coppa – no matter how good our XI looked on paper, if the likes of santon, murillo, medel, brozovic or palacio sit on the bench
All great points made ..but I thought when you said 2-3 players you were referring to world class ones..because we definitely need 2-3 world class players in each department of the field.I trust spaletti and if it’s anyone who can get the most out of the players we have available it’s him.I even think he has ideas of keeping rano and grooming into some semblance of a defender but whatever he does I trust him…I have a feeling this year our bench would consist of alot of young players as it’s about time they got a chance to prove themselves.
