Ikr the only thing they have in Serie a are the full stadiums and that alone makes the difference. From the smallest to the biggest team packs the stadium. Whilst in Serie a you can hear a fan shouting and actually hear what he’s saying.
They also have a strong infrastructure. Clubs like Stoke and Palace have better stadiums and facilities than Roma and Napoli.
