La Gazzetta dello Sport this morning revealed the figures of the deal for defender Dalbert. They confirmed the cost of the player: Nice will be paid €20million plus bonuses and a percentage (10%) on any future resale. The big astonishment is the relatively low salary: €1.2million plus bonuses until 2022.

He makes the same money as Antonio donnarumma,Milan third goalie that they got just to keep his brother happy.

Rather high transfer fee but seems to be balanced out with a much lower salary than some of the other signings.

Ignoring those irrelevant youngsters and substitute GK’s at the bottom of the list, then 1,2m is actually the lowest in the team among any starter or sub now that Andreolli is gone and Dumbo has gotten an improved contract.
Im not sure how much Skriniar earns though, but Vecino and Valero both earn 2m+.
So yes, 1,2m is very low for an Inter player.
