With Geoffrey Kondogbia departing, Inter will have five midfielders that will battle it out for three spots, the two in the middle and the one behind Mauro Icardi. The Nerazzurri do not have a true trequartista and in this sense, they are lacking in comparison to the likes of Juventus, Napoli and Roma. Gazzetta dello Sport detail Arturo Vidal remains the dream for Inter but one that may only be able to be achieved in the last days of the mercato. Other targets are more complicated and unlikely.

Enough with this Vidal nonsense.
Recycled GdS horseshit rumours, there is 0 chance that Vidal is joining. 5 midfielders is enough for 3 positions anyways.
A backup CB and Cancelo, that will in all likelyhood be the final incoming transfers of Inters mercato.
Honestly if you really want a player and need him because you know for a fact that he will make the squad better, you go for him with all you got. I’m sure if we send an actual bid of 50-60 mil Bayern would accept. It’s probably what Milan will do and get him if we don’t step our shit up. If we really want him that is.
