The Daily Star report that Inter have had their loan offer for German international defender Shkodran Mustafi rejected.
According to Sky Sport Inter are preparing a €38 million offer to sign the former Sampdoria stopper on a permanent basis but will face opposition from Arsenal who want to hang on to the player they signed only last season. Daily Star report that “Arsenal are not blessed in central defence with Per Mertesacker set to retire at the end of the season, Rob Holding still proving himself at the top level and Calum Chambers yet to make an impact.”

Poor Andreolli, never ever considered but he always was decent the few times I have seen him play. Medel too is a good soldier despite his limits, but it seems Spal didn’t rate him much.
i can understand Medel wanting to leave because he felt like he should be a starter somewhere but Andreolli was a great backup and it was a stupid mistake letting him go knowing that we want to get rid of Rano, Murrilo and Medel.
At the time that we let him go we thought Murillo was going to stay. And we wanted to sign another CB to partner Murillo as backups… Murillo probably saw what Medel did and followed him to gain a chance to play in the Worldcup
