The Argentine defender will join the Granata and replace Davide Zappacosta who has moved to Chelsea.

yes i think they were getting loans from banks in Switzerland instead of China.
And they spent before the goverment put the restriction in place. They did most of the transfers when we where still trying to sell players to meet FFP.
