Luciano Spalletti and his staff will stick with the 4-2-3-1 this weekend but if it’s another late goal show, they could change to a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 to win games earlier Tuttosport detail. Moreover, even if it is not a late goal show, if the player chosen to be the trequartista fails to make the desired impact, it will change too. Spalletti would prefer a 4-3-3 if they were to change the system having used it previously.

I haven’t see a team use classic 4-4-2 for a long time, so I’m so curious about how it may work in todays football especially in serie A
I prefer formation with 2 striker, icardi as centre forward and eder as second top.
We should rotate Eder and Icardi…Is it because he is a captain so we cannot bench him? He can still play in the second half.
That’s why i don’t agree if striker wear the captaincy
4-3-3
DD – Skriniar – Miranda – Dalbert
Gaglia-Vecino-Borja
Eder- Icardi – Peresic
seems worth to try.. maybe we could try mario as one of the CM too..
I agree, I think these players are different enough to play with each other in a three man mid.
Joao could play in Borja’s place so he can rest
Mario and Brozo are more to CM imo so yeah, worth a try.
