Gazzetta dello Sport have praised Inter for their defensive solidity this term. The Nerazzurri have the best defensive record in Serie A with just three goals conceded after seven games played – four of which have been clean sheets. The defence are gelling well together and Milan Skriniar in particular has impressed having hit the ground running following his arrival from Sampdoria in the summer and has played a big part in Inter’s successes this season.

God saves Miranda and Skriniar from injury, cause if that happens, we are doooooooomed!
Our best bet in the big games would be to scrap the trequartista role completely, reinstate Gagliardini in front of the defence and play 2 very mobile and reliable ball-playing central midfielders who would be required to put in a decent amount of defensive shift if we are to get anything out of the upcoming tough games.
Luck can only take you so far!
Either we do this and remain competitive or stick to our currently shitty-midfield setup & continue to hope that our luck sprints on.
we got several woodworks close shots and handa saves
True we have been lucky so far. Reminds me of the same lucky start under mancini a few seasons back
And that’s thanks to our utterly shitty midfield with no decent ball winner there. Vecino is a completely uselessly slow player and utterly toothless for that role.
