For Inter, it is very much a case of now or never in their pursuit of Barcelona midfielder Rafinha. According to Mundo Deportivo, the Nerazzurri are willing to pay as much as €30-35 million to secure the Brazilian’s signature.
Piero Ausilio’s plan is to close the deal between the two clubs at a meeting today, despite the fact the Blaugrana are now asking for €40 million plus another €5 million in bonuses. It is hard to imagine why anyone would pay this for someone who is nowhere near breaking into Ernesto Valverde’s plans.
La Beneamata are determined to sign the 24-year-old, and will do all they possibly can to negotiate the price down to a more realistic figure. Then, they hope to have him available for Sunday night’s match against Roma.
Barça are in no hurry to sell – that much is clear – but time is against Inter and they will move on to other targets should their continued attempts to sign Rafinha prove fruitless.
Karamoh is another player linked to an exit with Genoa and PSV keenly interested. However, Inter wish to retain the French winger and have rejected their advances outright, putting a halt on any possible move for the time being.
Am I the only one who would still prefer and still hopes we get deouaiouelofeu however the frack is spelled?
Seems also a better deal financially, altogether.
He seems to want us and the city of Milan more ,speaks the language, is more fit…
hello new gabi,
welcome to FLOP’S HEAVEN !!
why we’re not looking for players from Serie A such as Berrardi maybe??
If I’m not mistaken, Spal said he wants Duncan too, right??
What about making it 100M? Or 200M?
For that amount i wonder why we never tried for pastore
Why don’t we just get Kovacic back then if we’re going to pay for an injury prone player that hasn’t gotten any minutes at all during the recent seasons.
Kovacic has only gotten better and he’s the type of player we’re missing, it was stupid to sell him. Real Madrid was keen on selling him for 35 millions during the summer so at most they will sell him for 40 millions now.
He can make us fight for the title without a doubt!
Love the thought of that. But kovacic might cost an upward of 70m. That’s why Liverpool went for naby keita. That and they don’t seem keen to sell.
I think at some point during the last summer Kovacic was valued around 40 millions if I’m not wrong.
Well if we sell Icardi 150 millions this January which is being rumored quite some, we can get Kovacic another top young striker in the region of 40-50 millions and with the leftovers and by adding some we can get a 30-40 top young prospect player in the wings to compete with Perisic or another midfielder as well since Brozo, Mario are not being consistent.
Just media stirring shit up I believe. He was nv leaving for 40m. He has turned world class.
If we sell Icardi in jan we’ll miss out again on UCL. Icardi scored more than 50% of the goals this season. If we’re to lose him, our replacement has to be goals as well. Not a young up and coming striker. Only one i could think of is belotti and he costs some 100m as well
With 40-50 millions if you make proper research you can find the next Suarez or smth like that though, we just have always been stupid.
Overpaying for the likes of Hernanes and many many others.
Just take advantage of the dry loan and send him packing in the summer. Even the more talented of the Alcantara costed only 22m. Wiser to use the money on barella or torreira.
I’ll get Barella the rumors about him keep going maybe next season they will get him.
Juve sniffing abt
Yeah I know Rube wants to keep smelling our business
Can someone tell me why we are so keen on rafinha? Guy has not gotten to play this season and only played half of the season before that. 40 million? what on earth
Because the Inter directors suck dunky ball they are going for players that don’t have either playing time or injury players in both cases overrated and they want to pay for them they were players with potential or regular started.
because it is “legendary inter transfer strategy” !!
and ceballos from real is only 25mill !
