Several reports in Italy and Spain all confirm that Inter and FC Barcelona have agreed terms regarding the transfer of Brazilian midfielder Rafinha.
Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo and Sky Sport Italia both report that after being locked down in negotiations for over a week, the two clubs have agreed on a loan until the end of the season which with an option to make the transfer permanent set at €35 million which could rise to €38 million including bonuses.
Premium Sport report that a private plane has been booked for Rafinha to be in Milano before Sunday and thus also be able to be selected for Inter’s Serie A fixture against Roma at the San Siro.
Sky Sport Italia report that the final details are being ironed out between the parties before all documents will be signed and the Brazilian midfielder will join his new team-mates at Appiano Gentile outside of Milano.
Good business, well done to aussillio and sabatini. No its time to get a trequrista, if sunning can let ramires go on loan to inter, i will give my thumbs to them
Considering to fukfuk play restrictions. I think its a good deal
what is fukfuk?? lol
If there’s even the slightest chance Rafinha can reach the level of his brother Thiago it’s a superb move with minimal risk (hopefully the rumours of a loan + option to buy are right)
Well, at least he wouldn’t turn in to a chicken in front of the goal. I like this option.
hahahaha, … bravo ausilio !
LOL !
In theory a good move. He can hold the ball, pass like a pro, dribble (something our midfielders don’t do much) and defend decently. Don’t know if he has good long shots, but at very least better than JM’s.
I would have wished Pastore, but PSG wants probably cash straight up and his wages must be way higher than Rafinha’s
Just gotta say thank god our management got their first choice player (if this is really official) and are not left scrambling for other options in the middle of January. Now they can have time to negotiate for other needed targets.
“Glass Cannon” aka injury prone.. thats my only issue for him..
Sure, but it’s 5 months he has to stay healthy and anyone can get injured with bad luck. His current form is probably the biggest worry.
Agree on every word. He is multi-tasking and plays with his head in different positions, sees his teammates and unlike that headless Crossdreva or Brozovic is a team-player. However, JM has these characteristics at the start, but he suddenly he decided to become soft, useless and lazy.
Now I’m waiting for Verdi.
I welcome you in advance…
A plain simple loan just with an option to buy is a great deal as Inter aren’t forced to spend big no matter what. Top 4 is the target an we need all the reinforcements we can get. Now for Ramires!!
Really hope their isn’t a mandatory buy option if we make it to CL
the article said it’s an option to buy, not mandatory.
There were earlier reports about it being mandatory if we get into CL. We’ll soon find out
They gave us 2 proposals. First was €30M and obligatory, the second was €38M and only option.
