Regardless of whether Luciano Spalletti decides to deploy his Inter side in a 3-4-2-1 or 4-2-3-1, they still need at least two signings either way in the eyes of Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
Inter have already added Stefan de Vrij, Kwadwo Asamoah and Lautaro Martinez to their ranks ahead of next season but need to add a winger capable of doubling up as a wing back in the event Inter play with a three man defence and a trequartista to play in behind club captain Mauro Icardi.
There is certainly no shortage of names for the wing as per the many circulating reports with Sassuolo duo Matteo Politano and Domenico Berardi as well as Simone Verdi and Federico Chiesa among others all allegedly being watched by the Nerazzurri. As for the trequartista, Inter must decide what they are to do with loan-star Rafinha, who they have a €35 million purchase option for.
