Inter legend Ivan Zamorano shared his excitement at the new look Inter that is being built and believes that the Nerazzurri have what it takes to win the scudetto this season.

“I have so much confidence, the air has changed after two crazy seasons. We are in the Champions League and this, especially after the arrival of Radja Nainggolan, is a good team,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“The Scudetto can be won in my eyes, because qualifying in the Champions League has already been an important step.”

The Chilean, who famously wore 1+8 on the back of his shirt, then commented on Inter manager Luciano Spalletti.

“I like Luciano Spalletti and in the last few months he was good at keeping the team on the right path.”

Zamorano concluded the interview by revealing when he will next be in Milan.

“I come once a year. I accompany the guys who win a tournament of my foundation, with whom I help some children with social problems in Chile.”
