Lautaro Martinez’s transition from living in his native Argentina with his family to living in Italy has been largely helped by two guardian angels a report from Corriere dello Sport details.

Since first arriving on Italian soil, Inter captain Mauro Icardi has taken his compatriot under his wing and the pair have developed a good relationship both on and off the pitch. Icardi will often welcome Lautaro through the doors of his home for the pair of them to spend time together and further strengthen their growing bond.

Lautaro lives in one of the most fashionable districts in Milan and living with him is Carlos Alberto Yaque otherwise known simply as Beto. Beto is one of Lautaro’s two agents – the other being former Inter striker Mauro Zarate’s brother – and is, as per the report, the man entrusted with looking after the young striker by his family, who remain thousands of miles away back in Argentina.
