Inter’s Croatian international winger Ivan Perisic scored for his Croatia in their 1-1 draw away against Portugal in last night’s friendly fixture.
The former Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg winger gave an all-round great performance before being brought off int he 63rd minute. Perisic performance was so good that former Juventus and Italy international turned pundit Alessio Tacchnardi, commented on the Nerazzurri player’s performance during Italian TV channel Mediaset’s transmission.
The former Bianconeri and Azzurri player stated that: “With this ball, half and half, when he shoots at goal, he blasts it into the back of the net. He is a strong player, he needs to improve in terms of continuity but he is really good.
Tacchinardi continued lavishing praise on Perisic before concluding: “He is really good both in our league but also from a European perspective, as he demonstrated during the World Cup. There are not many players like him around in the world.”
