Inter must use their home success in the Champions League last week to reverse their poor run of form at home in the league in the eyes of Tuttosport.
Inter’s last win on home soil in the league came on April 17 where they comfortably beat Cagliari 4-0. Since then, Inter have had three losses and one draw – with the last league result at home being a 1-0 loss to Parma.
The Turin based newspaper go on to report that the Nerazzurri must make the most of their strong home crowds to help them to win games. Tomorrow night against Fiorentina, over 55,000 are expected, an impressive number given the game is on during the week. After Fiorentina, it is Cagliari at home on Saturday and 60,000 could be in attendance for it.
With 110,000 spectators expected to attend the San Siro across the next two games, it will take Inter’s total attendance figures at home over the 300,000 thousand mark at this early stage of the season.
