Matteo Politano took part in the pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow night’s Champions League match with PSV Eindhoven.
“We are Inter, tomorrow we will do our best even if we know that it does not entirely depend on us. The important thing will be to take the field and win. We have the desire to do well and try to get past this stage even though it will not be easy. We will put our all in to it but we would have signed up to get to the last day and still have something to play for before it started. I think the performances have been there recently, we missed out on points but we are doing well, we need a bit of luck, we will have to win tomorrow.
He then spoke on how he has found life at the Nerazzurri since arriving in the summer from Sassuolo.
“I feel good, having so many games I was not used to playing every three days and there is a bit of fatigue. We have many strong players on the bench.
“It is normal to feel the pressure because wearing this shirt is an honour. It is difficult to take to the field at San Siro in front of 65,000 people and always give the maximum. I am happy with how it is going but I know there is much to improve on.”
