No good news for Inter and Stramaccioni. Inter defender Andrea Ranocchia will miss the Milan Derby on Sunday after damaging ligaments in his right knee.
Those reports have since been confirmed by ANSA, who have insisted Ranocchia will not be fit enough for the Derby della Madonnina.
