Antonio Candreva has joined several of his teammates in taking to social media to celebrate Sunday night’s 3-2 win over Milan in the second Derby Della Madonnina of the season.

“Another derby won…with grit, with heart and with our fans. WE ARE MILAN,” the Italian winger posted to Instagram as a caption to himself and his teammates celebrating post-match.
