Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio will meet with Inter’s many scouts today to discuss the plans for the Summer transfer window according to a report from Tuttosport.
Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and manager Luciano Spalletti may also participate in the meeting which will be pivotal in planning the transfer strategies for the Summer.
At the meeting, Inter’s scouts, many of whom have spent the past few weeks travelling Europe, will report back with their reports from the past week.
One player expected to be brought up is Red Bull Salzburg’s Dominik Szoboszlai. Inter have also watched Stefan Lainer, also of Salzburg.
Bundesliga pair Valentin Lazaro and Sabitzer of Hertha Berlin and RB Leipzig respectively have also been scouted.
Inter are well aware that they need top quality players if they want to bridge the gap with Juventus and the main targets for the Summer are Ivan Rakitic, Mateo Kovacic, Matteo Darmian, Yannick Carrasco, Edin Dzeko and Duvan Zapata. They are also paying close attention to Nicolo Barella, Sandro Tonali, Steven Bergwjin, Malcom and Luka Jovic.
