Inter’s reported new transfer target Rafael Leao has interest from several European clubs, Lille’s sporting director told said today.

The Nerazzurri were linked with the 20-year-old forward this morning as talks with Manchester United for Romelu Lukaku progress slowly.

Gazzetta dello Sport reported Juventus, Napoli and Paris Saint-Germain had also made approaches for the talented forward.

“There are a lot of clubs interested but I’m afraid I can’t say anything more,” Marc Ingla commented at a press conference.

Leao, who has been compared to Kylian Mbappe and is thought to cost €35-40 millon, scored eight goals for Lille last season as they secured an impressive second-place finish in Ligue 1.

Ingla also discussed the future of Nicolas Pepe, whom Inter were linked with at the beginning of the summer.

“He’s only just finished playing for Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations so he needs to relax for a bit,” he added.

Napoli are the latest club rumoured to be keen on Pepe, as the Partenopei seek an alternative to James Rodriguez.
