Inter were urged to rethink the three-year deal they have reportedly offered to Paris Saint-Germain forward Edinson Cavani tonight.
Fabio Ravezzani, a well-known journalist and TV presenter for TeleLombardia, suggested the Uruguayan is too injury prone to be worth such an important investment.
Romelu Lukaku, meanwhile, was backed to succeed in Italy, although Ravezzani deferred to Antonio Conte on this matter.
He tweeted: “Lukaku will be an interesting signing wherever he goes. If Conte cares this much about him there will be a reason.
“I have my doubts about offering Cavani a three-year deal, though. He had too many injuries last season.”
Lukaku, ovunque andrà, mi pare un profilo interessante. Se Conte ci tiene tanto, un motivo ci sarà. Ho dei dubbi invece sul triennale a Cavani: troppi infortuni nell’ultima stagione.
