As part of an interview with DAZN show ‘Linea Diletta’, Radja Nainggolan has moved to dismiss claims made in the media that he was a problem in the Inter dressing room and that was why the club wished to offload him in the Summer transfer window.
“It has been said that when I was at Inter I was a problem in the locker room but that is not so, I never created problems for anyone. If you are to ask around, they will all answer that I was great,” the Belgian midfielder insisted.
Nainggolan joined Inter from fellow Serie A side Roma in the Summer of 2018 to much fanfare but his debut campaign in Nerazzurri went far from expected as he struggled with a series of injuries.
This past Summer, Inter loaned the 31-year-old out to former club Cagliari, who he has made five appearances for this season across all competitions, in which he has contributed one assist.
