Stefano Sensi will return to the starting line-up for the first time since overcoming injury for tomorrow night’s Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

The Italian injured himself during Inter’s 2-1 Derby D’Italia loss to Juventus prior to the most recent international break. He went on to recover during the break before going on to pick up another injury that kept him out until Saturday, when he made the bench for the 2-1 win over Bologna.

Sensi, who joined Inter from Sassuolo this past Summer, proved pivotal in his nine appearances to date, scoring three goals and tallying four assists.

He will take the place of Roberto Gagliardini in Antonio Conte’s squad and will play in the midfield alongside Marcelo Brozovic and Nicolo Barella.

The report states that despite a good performance, Valentino Lazaro will be dropped to the bench and Antonio Candreva will also return having been rested against Bologna.
