In an interview with Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, Antonio Candreva has looked ahead to tonight’s Champions League match away to Borussia Dortmund.

“There are three matches left in the group. This match is just as important as the first meeting. We know that we will have to play a careful game, they are strong and at home they give something more thanks to the support of their fans. We are ready to fight, it will be difficult and tough.”

“Maybe we will face a more aggressive Dortmund than in the first leg. They will want to win in front of their home support. It will be a different match.

He then spoke on Antonio Conte.

“The season started a few months ago, we know there is still a long way to go and from here to May there are so many games to play. He is a top manager, every time he talks he motivates us and teaches us: he is very important for us.”
