Inter management were quick to compliment Sebastiano Esposito after his first goal at first team level according to a report in today’s print edition of Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
In his first start, which came against Genoa this weekend, the 17-year-old slotted away from the penalty spot as strike partner Romelu Lukaku very unselfishly handed him the chance to open his account with the Nerazzurri first team.
Vice-president Javier Zanetti was first to congratulate the Italian youth international post-match and was soon followed by chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio in doing so.
