Sky: Chivu out with injury. Ranocchia from start

Sky reports just now that Inter’s central defender Christian Chivu will probably out of tonight’s game against Lazio due to injury. Instead, Andrea Ranocchia will play from the first minute alongside Juan Jesus. Ranocchia have injury problems as well with a bad knee.
