Federico Dimarco could prove key in negotiations as Inter look to land themselves a new midfielder in the January transfer window according to a report from CalcioMercato.com.
The young full back has been limited to just two appearances across all competitions this season and wants to be playing regularly, something that just does not look possible at the moment for him at Inter.
Inter have shown an interest in signing Rodrigo de Paul from fellow Serie A club Udinese and it is understood that the Bianconeri club have enquired about Dimarco. Inter could therefore insert the Italian into any deal to bring down the overall cost.
Alternatively, he could be dealt to Parma as Inter attempt to sign Dejan Kulusevski from Atalanta. Kulusevski is currently on loan at Parma, who are adamant that Kulusevski will see out his loan spell with them. They could however be convinced to cut his loan short if they are compensated and that is where Dimarco could help Inter out.
