Inter are convinced that they will be able to get Alexis Sanchez on loan again or be able to sign him for free according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Sanchez is currently on loan at Inter from Manchester United until August 5 and Inter are convinced about one of the two above scenarios happening due to Sanchez’s mega wages and the savings that Manchester United could make by offloading him.

Manchester United could save €55-60 million gross a year for two years between his salary and bonuses by offloading him.

The report goes on to explain that Inter are ready to offer the Chilean national team player a three year contract with an annual salary of €7 million net and that the player is open to taking a big pay cut. Thanks to the Italian tax laws it will cost Inter just €5 million a year.

The report concludes that Sanchez’s agent Fernando Felicevich has asked Manchester United to hand his client severance pay.
