Provided Inter manager Antonio Conte’s demands are not excessive, there is a chance that he could remain as Inter manager according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which was aired a short time ago.
Contrary to a report elsewhere in the media which has suggested Conte and Zhang have already met, this report states that the pair are due to meet to discuss his future as the manager of the club.
Inter president Steven Zhang will need to do a lot in order to mend the tear in relations between the club and Conte but there are currently signs that suggest a divorce is less likely and that continuing together is more possible.
The report goes on to stress that Max Allegri is keeping tabs on the situation in the event it worsens with him seemingly the top candidate to replace Conte, who, for the time being appears to have more of a chance at staying at Inter.
