Arturo Vidal will become an Inter player today according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Last night it was reported by Spanish media that there was an acceleration in talks between the clubs and an agreement has been found between the clubs on the basis of €500,000 plus add-ons, a bit like the deal that saw Ivan Rakitic swap Barcelona for Sevilla recently.

Inter manager Antonio Conte cannot wait to be reunited with the Chilean national team player and insert him in the revolutionised midfield.

The report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to explain that former Italian national team boss Conte is dreaming of Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante being signed to complete the midfield and Atletico Madrid’s Thomas Partey is the first alternative to him.

Conte has decided that he will do without Marcelo Brozovic and will instead utilise Stefano Sensi as the regista.
