Stefano Sensi will be unavailable to Inter for at least the next 10 days according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Italian national team central midfielder has sustained a muscle strain to his right thigh and although Inter never provided a time frame for a return, the Milan based news outlet have stated he will be sidelined for at least the next 10 days.

As a result of this, Sensi will miss tonight’s match against Shakhtar Donetsk, this weekend’s match at home to Parma and the Champions League group stage match away to Real Madrid.

It remains to be seen whether or not he will be able to make a return for the league match with Atalanta on November 8 or not.

This season the 24-year-old has made three appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has failed to score any goals or provide any assists for his Nerazzurri teammates.
