Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are in contact with Inter over a transfer for the Moroccan international wing-back Achraf Hakimi, Italian media reports.

According to the online edition of Milan based media outlet Gazzetta dello Sportthe two clubs have been on contact in the past few hours in a deal worth around €50-60 million.

This could be the “big name” player Inter need to sacrifice in order to be able to raise around €90-100 million in cash this summer, the report continues.

However, the club is confident of “only” needing to sacrifice one big name player, but regardless the objective of ending the transfer window with a net gain of €90-100 million has not changed, the report concludes.

Hakimi joined Inter ahead of last season from Real Madrid in a deal worth €40 million signing a five year contract with the Nerazzurri, which could also by all accounts be his last.

The former Borussia Dortmund and Los Merengues wing-back has to date featured 44 times across competitions for Inter, scoring 7 goals in the process.
