Inter midfielder Roberto Gagliardini has shared his happiness at having helped Inter qualify for the next round of the Coppa Italia after beating Empoli in extra time.

The Italian midfielder was given a rare start by Simone Inzaghi but was not particularly impressive during the match. Despite that, Inter won 3-2 in extra time after Stefano Sensi scored the winning goal.

He may soon join Sampdoria on loan for the rest of the season to play more games.
