Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi will meet in person with new signing Robin Gosens for the first time today.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who also report that the Nerazzurri’s other January arrival Felipe Caicedo is already prepared for Saturday’s Milan derby clash.

Gosens completed his signing from Atalanta last week, but has not yet had the chance to meet personally with his coach, who has been self-isolating with COVID.

However, with the coach having made a full recovery and returning to lead training today, he will meet with the German in person as coach for the first time.

Gosens is still out injured, and will not be ready to make his debut in an Inter shirt until sometime later in February, but he has now made the acquaintance of his new coach.

New striker Caicedo, on the other hand, hasn’t taken much time to settle in after arriving on loan from Genoa, and will be ready to face AC Milan over the weekend should he be called upon.
